At what point do children lose their seemingly eternal happiness? It appears many at least start life surrounded by joy, with so many loved ones and strangers cooing and fawning over them. Babies bring with them a lovely energy that creates human connection instantly everywhere they go. They emit newness, hope, peace, curiosity, comfort, sweetness, they even come straight out of the package smelling fresh and soft.
